Really bad experience with Peak Design, had to return two faulty products, iyt took and age to get them to provide me with a refurned number, they took me around the houses with questions, now having returned the items with POD, they have been fobbing me of with excuses and finally ignoring me, so now Im perusing it via my bank, beware if you deal with Peak my experience as been so bad

Ordered a strap, came within 4 days, incredibly pleased with the design and delivery, highly recommend!

I use a Peak Design camera strap and connectors for all my cameras. It's a fantastic system. Recently I bought a Fuji x100v camera and soon realised that the Fuji wouldn't easily accept Peak connectors. I phoned customer service at Peak and they were most helpful and understanding. They sent me two sets of metal connectors for the camera for free, arrived yesterday. Well pleased.

Doesn't deliver on backordered products and won't provide updates on delivery dates. Cancelled order after three one-week delays when I was given the "small business" excuse. Should be easier to know when your product will be ready, then, no?

The backpack came apart at the seams and the magnets flew out, it is impossible to return or exchange, the return section on the site shows an error 403. I bought goods from their brand in the amount of 1500 dollars, but the backpack and tripod are broken, very unreliable products and I do not recommend it nobody. I started a blog in my country dedicated to photographers and set the course of this situation, I am pleased to realize that I saved the money of tens of thousands of photographers who did not buy peak design, but bought something else. For the next couple of years, I plan to write reviews every Tuesday to various search engines in other countries and YouTube in order to save money for people in other countries.

I own 3 bags of them and a handful of other products. I am extremely happy with the quality of their products. Only recently, one of them had a zipper which failed on me. I already had the bag for 5 years so that's not abnormal. But luckily they offer lifetime guaranty and it was very easy to make use of it.

It went quick and the customer service was very friendly. They don't produce my model anymore so they send me the newer model.

I got a Peak Design Packing Cube Medium, Charcoal. I never used packing cube before . I used tham now couple of time and I can say that it make your life more easy and organised while traveling.
They are light weight, if you are minimal packer you can store one week of cloths easly and go for your trip. I really like the feature that you can devide dirty cloth from the clean one. Extandable feature good for pack winter cloths too.

Peak design camera bag company are the worst company out there. I would give them 0 stars if I had the choice because their service is very bad and they promise what they can’t deliver. Please stay away from peak design.

Bought and paid for their backpack and camera gear on the 14th March. It's 2nd April and the goods haven't arrived, their support went silent to my emails. The shipment was supposed to be a normal domestic shipment.

Looking at all the other reviews now, feel like they are running a scam here.
